Requirements

  • Strong technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Call center experience desired

  • Customer service experience required

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Position Summary Working within our dynamic call center, the Customer Service Representative will respond to and resolve internal and external customer requests and inquiries which may involve pricing, product availability or returns, terms and conditions, vendor information, and delivery. Will have interaction with multiple groups including Operations, Technical Support, Logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of product and issue resolution. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Identifies customer needs, and appropriate course of action within established performance expectations and departmental procedures. * Documents transactions and performs follow-up actions in accordance with departmental standard operating processes and procedures. * Review and understand all departmental Functional Procedures and work instructions. * Process incoming telephone or e-mail service requests or parts orders through the SAP system. * Other miscellaneous duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements * High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred. * Minimum one year call center experience, with ability to adhere to structured telephone schedule. * Excellent communication skills including active listening and questioning skills. * Strong customer service orientation * Well organized with solid time management skills * Ability to problem solve and diffuse customer dissatisfaction. * Demonstrates attention to detail and quality. * Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment. * Ability to readily learn and apply new information.
