Requirements

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Customer service experience desired

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred

  • Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications

  • Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

We operate a 50 seat call center designed to provide service and support our Distributor Network in the US and Canada with answers relating to our product availability, pricing and shipment information. In addition, we support consumers, Government, National Accounts and Vocational Schools. The Customer Service Representative answers inbound calls from this customer group, utilizes our internal knowledge base and internal systems and provides quality information to our callers. Position Status and Pay Info: This is a full time regular (non-contract) position, scheduled for 40 hours a week! Pay rates starting at $14/hour!
