Robert Half OfficeTeam is looking for an exceptional bilingual Customer Service Representative. Fresno has seen the most growth over the course of a couple of years in the materials handling, recycling and disposal facilities. We are currently working with a well established company, over 50 years of service in the Central Valley. The perfect Customer Service Representative will be willing to learn, work as a team, provide the highest level of service and make themselves an expert in the industry. Job responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative will include greeting customers, weighing trucks, handling some cash, backing up the front desk and helping out where needed around the office. This candidate must be friendly, out going and engaging given they will be dealing with all customers. This candidate also must be bilingual English / Spanish. Requirements

  • Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

  • Catalog, review, and dole out incoming mail according to specified procedures

  • Route all incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

  • Use strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency

  • Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

  • Put in orders for office and kitchen supplies

  • Be a welcoming presence for visitors
