You will be the first point of customer contact for general inquiries such as pricing, products, customer complaints, etc. You will build and maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. You must maintain extremely high levels of customer security and privacy.   • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

  • Respond to customer requests via telephone, email and/or chat.

  • Provide customers with product and service information.

  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.

  • Recognize and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.

  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.

  • Maintain extremely high levels of customer security and privacy.

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers


  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanor applied to all tasks

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred

  • Proven computer skills

  • Foundational knowledge in switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

  • Prior Customer service experience

  • Strong familiarity with email

  • Strong data entry skills
