Requirements

  • Strong computer skills including customer database systems

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven customer-focused environment preferred

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Customer service and office administrative skills - achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Customer service experience

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

  • Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
