Highly reputable organization is looking for a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will answer incoming calls from customers regarding orders and general information, as well as make necessary follow up telephone calls. Other Customer Service Representative duties will be inputting customer orders, preparing shipments and data entry. Hours: 11 am

  • 7:30 p.m. Your responsibilities in this role: - Organize and route incoming telephone calls

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

Requirements
The Customer Service Representative must have clear written and verbal communication skills. One or more years of previous customer experience required. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are needed. Candidate must have sales background, i.e. retail, banking, telemarketing and/or customer service experience. Hours: 11 am

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Customer service experience experience preferred

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Windows

  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company - achievement oriented, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired

  • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
