Nordson MEDICAL designs, engineers and manufactures complex devices and components with applications in wound healing, surgical and minimally invasive, fluid management, pulmonology and interventional and structural heart. Our pioneering Advanced Polymers team was the first to manufacture and supply medical balloons to the medical device industry. Nordson MEDICAL works with doctors, start-ups and large medical companies around the world at any point in the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Internal Sales activities including Quotes and Order Entry

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems as needed

  • Detail oriented, specifically as it applies to contract review

  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal necessary to succeed

  • Maintaining constant contact and relationships with key customers

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage time to complete tasks

  • Ability to communicate as necessary with other departments and facilities.

  • Other work as necessary to help facilitate growth of Nordson Medical (NH), Inc

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Strongly suggested: College degree, preferably with a sales / engineering focus. BA preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • 5 years' experience in Customer Service (preferably medical device related)

  • Interface with customers and sales reps professionally and courteously.

  • Make clear and accurate decisions that affect the operations and facilities.

  • Promote and support continuous improvement to operations and processes.

  • User and believer in Internet based communication and business tools.

  • Follow directions.Strong attention to detail especially during contract review, quoting, and during order entry.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands
