This position pays: Level 1 $18.00 - $22.00/hour

A Day In The Life of A Packaging Operator:

  • Answer customer calls in a professional, timely and friendly manner to process orders, provide promotional information, upsell relevant programs and advise of out of stocks.

  • Verify customer account details; address, alternate shipping address, etc.

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders received by fax/email/online and/or EDI within 24 hour turnaround

  • Engage proactively in upsell program opportunities, customer call-back on faxed/emailed orders for out-or-stock products, offer alternative, eligible promotions, new products and submit upsells/callback report to Supervisor/Manager daily

  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to provide best in class service to B2B customers (or accounts)

  • Work closely with Customer Service team, Sales Representatives, Accounts Receivable and the Shipping department to ensure orders are entered and processed within 24 hour turnaround period

  • Work with Finance team to resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money and adjusting bills

  • Work with pre-defined sales scripts to better target specific programs and the needs and interests of specific customers

  • You will work a set shift of Monday to Friday 8:00am

  • 4:30pm

What We're Looking For From You:

  • Must be Customer Service oriented with a strong Customer Service skill set.

  • Proven ability to deal with high profile and demanding accounts and customers

  • Knowledge of Natural Factors products an asset.

  • Professional and pleasant telephone soft skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Computer literate, including MS Office

  • Knowledge of Syspro 6.1 an asset.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Must work well individually and in a team environment
