Position Overview:
Coordinates, monitors, and supervises the activities of the team ensuring individual team members goals are achieved in support of the assigned team goals. Interprets and communicates overall organizational directives and applies them to the team and individual objectives. Acting as liaison, represents the team in general interfacing with the organization. May provide input to management regarding individual team member performance.
Responsibilities:
Performs ride-along with team members in customer homes and make follow-up calls
Handles customer complaints
Provides issues resolution to ensures quality control, satisfaction and retention
Delegates associates daily task/activities
Conducts orientation and training for new hires
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, selection and hiring new team members and office staff
Supervises and performs weekly payroll submission
Investigates workplace safety incidents to ensure safety in the branch and within operation.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Practical knowledge of service industry and experience in developing and executing sales plans
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of leadership and with front line associates
Excellent time management skills

Excellent leadership skills in team building, selecting talent, training, mentoring and developing a sales team, executing goals

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
