MTM/Reveal continues to grow and we are seeking a Customer Service Representative!
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for accepting calls for reservations, scheduling any Special Edition or SWIFT and SAF trips, and dispatching of trips for all services.
When accepting reservations, the primary responsibility is acceptance of calls, entering trips for both advance Premium riders / non-premium trip reservations into the RMS Scheduling System.
Customer Service Representatives will also enter new client information or changes into the system after eligibility is determined by the County and is responsible for providing customer assistance with late vehicle service, verifying "No Shows" and assisting riders with resolving service related issues in the most proficient and professional manner for all services; including taxi trips.
This position is located at our office in Olathe, KS Responsibilities:
Reports to the Operations Manager
Schedule and input reservations via inbound calls
Utilize Reveal software to schedule routes
Input information into excel spreadsheets
Handle inbound calls for riders expecting a pick up
Utilize a variety of communication devices (two way radio, telephone and mobile data computers) * Monitor operational trip/route status
Multi-task Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required (College Degree a plus) * One year of customer service experience required
Six months of experience working in a customer service contact center preferred
Typing speed of 30 WPM or greater
Must be able to utilize a variety of communication devices (two way radio, telephone and mobile data computers) * Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be able to work an available schedule/shift during the locations hours of operation Competency Based
Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of, and adhere to, established Client Protocols, Departmental Policies and Procedures and MTM/Reveals Transportation Provider Network
Strong and effective communication skills
