Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1.Order Entry:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.

• Verify order details, pricing, and product availability.

• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

2.Customer Service:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and orders.

• Address customer issues promptly by routing them to the correct person

3.Documentation:

• Maintain organized and up-to-date order records.

• Generate and distribute order confirmations, shipping documents, and invoices as needed.

4.Communication:

• Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to optimize order processing efficiency.

• Communicate proactively with customers regarding order updates.

Job Requirements Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service/order entry roles is preferred.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in order entry software and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Additional education in business, administration, or related field is a plus.
