Job Description
SUMMARY
To effectively communicate and coordinate with customers, freight companies, management, dispatchers, and the customer service team to complete the tasks at hand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update various logs in Excel (IMTT log, BLIS reports, CC batch, Tampa log)
- Print out and mail invoices daily
- Work with Account Receivables to correct invoice errors when necessary
- Answer Customer inquiries regarding products
- Enter orders for various terminals that are received for pick-up or delivery 24/7 via email or phone
- Communicate with Martin terminals to monitor and address tank inventory, temperatures, and order quantities
- Communicate with freight companies to coordinate timing and quantities of customer orders
- Schedule inbound truckloads and freight rates
- Complete Contracts upon request
- Enter purchase orders for all new contracts
- Work with Operations and Marketing teams to coordinate activity at various terminals
- Complete all other duties & special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
2 - year college degree (or equivalent) Must have one year of Customer Service/Cash Office experience. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
