This Customer Service Representative

This Customer Service Level 3 position will be trained in and perform all Customer Service processes.
The schedule for this position is to be determined. All current MidwayUSA benefits are available in this role.

Demonstrated proficiency in level I & II responsibilities
Excellent time management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Strong decision-making abilities
Excellent computer skills, including programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong Typing skills and attention to detail
Interest in, and support of, the NRA and the shooting, hunting, and outdoor industry.
What You will be Doing:
Execute all Customer Service processes including assisting Customers over the phone, chat, and email.
Execute Level I & II responsibilities as needed.
Demonstrate ability to earn the respect and followership of their fellow teammates.
Solid comprehension of departmental processes and strategies.
Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail.
Willingness to be flexible in shift assignments.
Base Salary: $19.50 per hour!
