Customer Service Representative

The Times Media Company, a division of Lee Enterprises, is in need of excellent customer service reps. Our Classified Department is growing, and we have Part Time and Full-Time positions available.

The classified department is responsible for producing a wide variety of classified advertising options from obituaries, garage sale ads, and legal notice ads. This position requires weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Top-notch customer service skills

• Strong computer skills

• Excellent communications skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to multitask and meet the challenge of daily deadlines

Previous customer services, call center, sales or account management preferred.
