Receive emails and quote requests from customers and reps and entering those in the system (entering lines, parts, and due date). Then uploading to system. When quotes completed, check log and ensure they went out. If late, follow up with rep to notify customer of why. Filing, scanning, sending out new customers orders (backup for team).
