We are in need of 7 individuals to fill work from home positions with our rapidly growing company! Our clients are requesting more agents to work from home to handle inbound customer service calls. The perfect candidate is someone who can tackle customer issues, complaints, and inquiries head on –all while delighting the customer using effective problem-solving and communication skills.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy • Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics • Identify customers’ needs; clarify their information; research their issues; they provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile when you can • Keep accessible, comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database • Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level • Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets • Call Center Representative Requirements • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, plus active listening skills • Empathetic customer focus, flexibility to manage many different personality types • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively • High school degree

Current Need Reimbursement Customer Service Representative Position Description This position is responsible for determining product needs by patient, placing Part B qualified and non-qualified orders, resolving customer issues and tracking customer enteral product inventories. Position gathers and reviews patient billing and medical information to determine if patients' diagnoses qualify and products required are covered under Medicare Part B benefits, while ensuring that we are compliant with the Federal Health Care program. This position has high level of responsibility and accuracy due to governmental billing, which is subsequent to their activities (their functions create the claim detail that is submitted to the Medicare Part B program). Major Goals and Responsibilities Take and process orders received via phone and/or fax from order portal related to all product lines (Wound Care, Urology, Ostomy, Tracheostomy, Incontinence and Diabetic products), obtaining all information necessary to process the order, build rapport and establish good relationships with referral sources and customers. Update customer demographics, insurance and provider information to appropriately bill eligible or covered items. A strong understanding of medical insurance guidelines and benefit eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payor plans. Provide preliminary benefit eligibility information to patient and health care providers and request medical documentation to support medical claims process. Essential Activities * Receive and process verbal medical dispensing orders from patients and referrals via multiple sources(primarily via phone and fax) – obtaining all information necessary to initiate the medical claims process * Educate patient and referral on insurance guidelines and potential eligibility for products requested. * Communicate any insurance coverage problems to the ordering referral and /or patient. * Utilize Insurance fee schedules to offer companion or alternate products when Insurance coverage limitations exist in accordance with payor guidelines * Contact Healthcare Providers to obtain any additional and/or supporting documentation in support of the verbal dispensing order. * Address any questions or complaints – bringing the situation to resolution. * Note any significant correspondence with the patient or referral source accurately in database. * Complete an evaluation of the patient condition with every order and document this information in database * Contact patients to discuss the need for more supplies and evaluate the status of the patient's condition after using the supplies provided by MPCS. * Answer a variety of insurance and product questions in support of the medical treatment regimen prescribed by the treating physician Minimum Requirements 1 years' customer service experience 1 years' medical or insurance industry experience Critical Skills * Ability to take and process orders received via phone and/or fax from order portal for all related product lines * Excellent communication skills – ability to collaborate with patients, physicians, payors, and referrals Additional Knowledge & Skills * College degree preferred * Medical billing/coding experience preferred * Strong understanding of medical insurance guidelines and benefit eligibility for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payor plans preferred * Proficient with MS Office – strong Excel skills preferred * Strong typing/keyboarding skills preferred Education HS Diploma or Equivalent Physical Requirements Professional office environment * Note - all interviews will take place on Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 10:00am - 2:00pm CST at 1667 Shug Jordan Pkwy #403, Auburn, AL 36830 Benefits & Company Statement McKesson believes superior performance – individual and team – that helps us drive innovations and solutions to promote better health should be recognized and rewarded.
