Customer Service Representative

Kellam Mechanical is looking forward to adding to our strong customer service team with the goal of providing the best service to our clients. This position is vital to the success of the company to effectively and efficiently communicate with customers to book jobs for our comfort solving technicians. Duties include, but not limited to answering incoming calls, book jobs, software use, outbound calls to book maintenance and repair appointments. One must possess clear, friendly, empathetic and professional phone manner. This role revolves around a fast paced, positive, fun and high energy environment.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED

• Customer Service experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Quick learner

• Multi-tasker

• Detail oriented

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience with an HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical contracting company

• Service Titan software knowledge

Full time position: Monday

• Friday 7am

• 4pm with flexibility during high volume seasonal timeframe.
