Jim's Heating & Cooling is looking for a high energy, charismatic Customer Service Representative to join our company providing excellent service to customers in person and over the phone.
Primary Job Function: To manage incoming and out-going phone calls, coordinate product sales, and provide top-notch customer service to our valued clients.
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; some overtime as needed
Advanced customer service skills.
Experience working in the HVAC field preferred
Ability to multi-task proficiently
Excellent Phone Presence
Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Software.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, sales or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience
Some Quick Books experience
Working knowledge of HVAC industry
Sales Coordinator and dispatch experience preferred
Advanced level knowledge of software technologies
