Work as part of the Retail Customer Care Center on our inventory control team to ensure that all business partners receive a positive and efficient service experience. Receive inbound call volume from CVS retail pharmacies, accurately record all non-preferred drug orders and provide order status information as requested. Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service in alignment with standard operating procedures.
1 to 3 years Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the English language and the ability to clearly articulate program details to business partners over the telephone.
Proficient to advanced PC and data entry skills, including MS Windows-based applications.
Attention to detail.
Flexibility in work schedule.
Ability to complete all required training programs.
Ability to become licensed in accordance with Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
Previous call center experience preferred
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
