This role works closely with the Energy Consultants, Marketing Team, and Operations Teams to effectively grow the business one customer at a time.

This position will support the sales process from the initial appointment to the account set up and installation using supporting software programs. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is essential. Source new sales opportunities through incoming phone calls and email inquiries.

Manage and respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns accurately and appropriately. Gather detailed customer information and generate leads for sales representatives. Enter complete and accurate lead information into the sales software program.

Schedule customer appointments for sales representatives. Review signed proposals from customers and complete new customer account set up. Coordinate scheduling of new customer installations between sales representatives and service departments by creating installation work orders.
