Customer Service Representative II

The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative II in Washington, DC to support a local contract . Will be subject to a background/credit screen prior to employment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Receives, comprehends, provides, and responds to routine informational inquiries and service requests through the use of various communication technologies including but not limited to telephones, e-mail, facsimile, postal mail, and the Internet.

Responding to escalated and more complex inquiries on a broader scope of topics. REQUIREMENTS 2 years of experience in a government setting. Working knowledge of current commercially available software packages for Microsoft Office; Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook email, electronic calendars, spreadsheets, electronic forms, etc.

Excellent customer service skills and comfortable answering phones. PAY RATE: $18.74/hr H&W HOURS OF OPERATION Mon.
