Customer Service Representative II

American National is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to strategically support the Life and Annuity Customer Service Division. You will have the ability to utilize your analytical skills to review policies in order to provide an excellent client experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are extremely important to ensure accurate communication and protect the company's interests while meeting the client's needs.

You can expect a management team that encourages innovation and promotes a collaborative, team environment focused on your success.

Qualifications

  • High School education or GED.

  • Proficient computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.

  • Bilingual skills helpful.

  • Must have excellent communication skills and/or aptitude especially over the phone.Must be able to listen, have high ethics, be able to multi-task, and have good decision-making skills.

  • Experience in a call center, customer service experience or claims handling is preferred.

  • Must be able to work the hours from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
