Job Duties: As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems, to answer questions and resolve issues. Excellent customer service, typing, and software skills, are used daily.
Customer Service Representatives must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner, within a fast-paced work environment.
To ensure we can handle our customers' needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient typing skills/ keyboarding skills
Proficient software skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
High school diploma or GED
Ability to complete a mandatory 12-week paid training
Call Center experience is a plus
Location: Franklin, Tennessee
Work Hours: The Center is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will have a steady, full-time schedule that falls within those hours.
