Job Duties: As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems, to answer questions and resolve issues. Excellent customer service, typing, and software skills, are used daily.

Customer Service Representatives must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally, in a conversational manner, within a fast-paced work environment.

To ensure we can handle our customers' needs, our employees must be punctual, dependable and reliable.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient typing skills/ keyboarding skills

  • Proficient software skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to complete a mandatory 12-week paid training

  • Call Center experience is a plus

Location: Franklin, Tennessee

Work Hours: The Center is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will have a steady, full-time schedule that falls within those hours.

Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative provides a solution based service to our valued customers. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: * Process customer requests by fax, telephone, mail, or email. * Provide product information and technical resources. * Perform order entry accurately with a sense of urgency. * Notify customer of backorder or potential delay in shipment. * Review orders and check for accuracy. * Liaison for the sales department, logistics department, and the customer. * Interface with co-workers and customers in reference to customer issues. * Ask for help and ask to help when necessary. * Research customer inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in a timely manner. * Answer phone in a professional manner. * Keep customers informed of order status. * Report problems to the Lead CSR. * Handle invoice releases daily. * Keep work area neat and organized. * Process credits and debits in a timely manner. * Perform tasks as assigned.
