Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative

Responsible for performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties and tasks for the Technical Service Department to include the data entry of Waste Information Profiles, Manifests, typing of letters, re-certification reports, spreadsheets, documents, and correspondence related to the acceptance of waste. Mails, tracks and updates database information for WIP re-certification and modifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs data entry for all Waste Information Profiles (WIP) in AS400

  • Performs data entry for all Waste Information Profiles (WIP) in Waste Approval Request Form database

  • Mails Re-Certification Notices to all Generators

  • Updates/Modifies Waste Information Profiles (WIP) in AS400

  • Tracks significant discrepancies and Profile error turnaround time

  • Performs data entry for all third party manifests

Non-Essential Duties and

  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School or GED equivalent required

  • Related work experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite

  • Strong team player

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Ability to effectively present information
