Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):

  • Apply knowledge of organization, product services and policies to provide a variety of customer support through mail, telephone and direct personal contact.

  • Process orders and assignments.

  • Enter data into computer system.

  • Reference pricing and delivery information.

  • Set up new records and maintain existing records.

  • Perform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties.

  • Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals.

  • Conduct research of a routine nature.

  • Follow well-established procedures under general direction of supervisor.

  • Process titles as part of normal assignment.

  • Assist with other office functions as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Able to communicate effectively with customers

  • Ability to function well as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills

  • Time management skills

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently

  • Clear communication skills

  • Professional and clean appearance

Educational/Certification

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years' relevant work experience required.

REQUIREMENTS: * 1-3 years telephone operations or business administration experience required * High School diploma or equivalent required * Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols * Ability to provide world class customer service * Ability to adjust and respond to a fast-paced operation * Skilled in various customer service arenas, with experience in a contact center setting * Ability to travel up to 10% Apply now!
