The Customer Service Representative I:

  • Receive and document incoming order requests via phone and email and complete data entry on CTMS and Heads Up system accurately.

  • Engage customers with exceptional product and service knowledge.

  • Prepare tissue for distribution. Review orders for accuracy and completeness.

  • Act as a liaison between customers, distribution, and inventory management team.

  • Must be able to direct customer inquiries regarding contracts, billing, or inventory to the proper departments.

  • Responsible for consignment and branch inventory control.

  • Responsible for handling and documenting graft returns and transfers accurately.

  • Able to represent Solvita at professional meetings and assist Sales Representatives and Independent Contractors when needed.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory standards and ability to convey to clients.

  • Fulfill departmental strategies and objectives.

  • Perform administrative duties to include maintenance of files and manuals, implementation of standard operating procedures, tracking Employee Document Review forms and ensuring timely completion, stock rotation and data entry.

  • Meet KPI's set by management.

  • Participate in individual and team projects.

  • Responsible for on call/after hour emergencies pertaining to branch and local customers ordering.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment/Physical Activities:

  • Must be highly customer service focused, able to handle inquires, and escalate concerns promptly as needed.

  • Must be able to follow directions and serve as a team member.

  • Must be able to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.

  • Must be a self-starter able to perform duties with minimal oversight.

  • Must meet minimum acceptable results on attention to detail assessments.

  • Heavy lifting required.

  • Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
