Duties/Responsibilities

Purpose of Position

Provide excellent customer service to customers by answering inquiries, finding correct solutions.

Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Responsible for all customer inquiries

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Troubleshoot equipment and system problems

  • Solve resolve issues on first call

  • Thrives as a team player

  • Participates in additional training

  • Exercise retention efforts

  • Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms

Qualifications:

  • 6 months Call Center/ Customer Service experience preferred

  • Must be 18 years old

  • Type 25 wpm

  • High School Graduate or GED

  • Ability to use desktop computer systems

  • Logical problem solving skills

  • Oral & written communication skills

  • Open Availability

  • Ability to use Windows operating systems

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Demonstrate a high sense of urgency

  • Keen sense of attention to detail

  • Pass a Federal Background and Drug testing

  • Possess a high level of Professionalism

  • Experience overcoming difficulties

  • Ability to understand and empathize

  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge and call handling skills
