The Customer Service Representative role entails establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a bridge between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. This position involves providing professional, empathetic, and comprehensive support to customers, managing orders, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive support and issue resolution for corporate customers.
  2. Handle inquiries from the public regarding purchased products, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  3. Manage the order process from entry to customer receipt, coordinating with internal teams to address any issues.
  4. Maintain order, shipment, and inventory records using Excel documents.
  5. Perform accurate data entry for various documents and transactions.
  6. Research and resolve customer deductions and disputes.
  7. Utilize internal and external systems for order management and troubleshooting.
  8. Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  9. Maintain customer files, complaint logs, and other records.
  10. Assist with customer and item setup, as well as price changes.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
  12. Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel; experience with NetSuite and online customer systems preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in industrial food settings is a plus.
  • Candidates with a stable work history
  • B2B experience preferred.
  • Candidate should demonstrate excellent working ethics, problem-solving ability, and intermediate or higher Excel knowledge.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
  • Open-mindedness, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a drive to grow within the company are desired traits.
  • Comfortable with open office seating and answering the main company phone line.
