Dixon is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Fire Sales Team in Winchester, VA! The Customer Service Representative team provides world-class service to both external and internal customers. You will assist customers with sales and product inquiries, handle incoming customer orders and respond to any customer problems. You will need to be able to determine the best method to resolve problems or advance opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
Provide support to both internal and external customers
Respond to email and phone inquiries from customers and peers
Process customer orders via, email, phone and by fax
Generate quotes for standard and special products
Assist with special projects as needed
Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
Effective communication skills; must be a good active listener
Strong problem-solving and critical- thinking skills
Strong ability to handle challenges
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and other software programs
