Dixon is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chestertown, MD! The Customer Service Representative will provide superior customer service to both external and internal customers. Responsibilities include entering orders, resolving product or service issues, and following up with customers to ensure their needs were satisfied. Additional responsibilities include accounts receivable functions, customer invoicing, file maintenance, and various special projects as needed. Previous customer service or administrative experience with strong organizational skills preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.


  • Providing support to both internal and external customers

  • Responding to email and phone inquiries

Candidate will be responsible for the operations, staffing, profitability and development of the of the unit. As a Manager you will provide overall planning, direction and control to in order to achieve both operational and financial goals. The Food Service Director provides guidance, development and motivation to unit staff. Qualifications: Experience in supervising a food service operation. Must possess Strategic/Critical thinking skills to collaborate on dining services operations. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership strength to an hourly staff. Proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windows environment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Associates degree in nutrition, dietetics, hospitality, business or other related field preferred.
