These Customer Service Reps will be working closely with customers, suppliers, sales and technical support people to provide exceptional service to their valued clientele. Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Type:
Full-time/Direct Hire/In Person

Shift: Days

Pay: $22+/hour; can be flexible for the ideal candidates!

These Customer Service Representatives will primarily responsible for the following functions:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide pricing and enter quotes into the ERP system
  • Process orders, confirm/provide status updates such as anticipated ship dates, delivery updates
  • Expedite orders as needed and handle occasional returns and repairs
  • Work with supplier websites and other resources to locate product, price and delivery information
  • Develop great relationships customers, as well as suppliers
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet/address customer needs
  • Interact with various groups and team members throughout the organization in support of customer order fulfillment
  • Manage BOM's

We will begin reaching out immediately to Customer Service Representatives who possess the following background profile:

  • HS diploma/GED required, higher education valued
  • MUST have previous customer service experience within a manufacturing and/or distribution setting! (Please do NOT apply if you do not meet this requirement)
  • Comfortable utilizing technology including MS Office and ERP systems
  • Comfortable working with an industrial product line
