Position: First (1st) Shift
Shift:8am -; 4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $19.50 per hour.
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for an attendance payout based on attendance habits
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills: Warehouse Management System Experience, Microsoft Outlook/Excel Experience, Good Written Communication skills, Attention to Detail, Can-do Attitude, Safety First Mindset
Dedicated resource for customer regarding processing inbound and outbound shipment orders in both customer and DHL WMS system
Use excellent written and verbal communication skills to resolve all concerns in a timely manner
Utilize Microsoft Excel as needed to do simple calculations and create paperwork for customer as needed

Role Purpose:
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
Key Accountabilities:
Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer's complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain customer records and update account information.
Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
