We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, resolving issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Providing product and service information to customers

• Processing orders in a timely manner

• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work Saturdays
