We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with product and service questions

• Processing customer orders in a timely manner

• Resolving customer issues as needed and involving management when needed

• Maintaining accurate customer records and information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
