That means delivering the best culture, the best customer experience, and the highest quality work our clients have ever seen. As our CSR Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Greeting customer calls with a positive attitude and directing them to the right person.

Ensuring efficient dispatch of service calls without compromising customer satisfaction. Managing field personnel to maximize productivity and revenue. Keeping customers informed when technicians are running late and rescheduling appointments as needed.

Coordinating with Purchasing and Warehousing for timely delivery of parts to technicians. Debriefing technicians after each job and ensuring prompt collection of payments. Assisting in building and managing a team of CSRs as our business scales.

This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to support your team while delivering outstanding service to our customers. You'll play a vital role in maintaining and protecting our company culture, where happy employees and delighted customers are our priority We don't aim for satisfied customers-we aim for delighted customers.
