A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As an HVAC client advocate, you are the voice of our company! You provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions - and is one of the reasons that our clients enjoy doing business with us.

Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve issues for customers.Through outbound calls, you schedule maintenance, offer our Customer Rewards Program (CRP), and work with the marketing manager to create direct mail and email campaigns, you build our maintenance customer base.

You are never bored, as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including managing the customer satisfaction survey and backs up your colleagues to ensure proper coverage. With pride, you keep the office clean and organized. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy!

HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Superb phone and computer skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

  • Keyword speed of 60 wpm

  • Excellent grammar and writing skills

  • Customer service skills

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Bilingual is a plus! Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?
