Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations
Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currentlyseeking a Consumer Retail Customer Service Representative for our Exeter, PA location! As a key part of our team, you'll engage with customers, solve problems, and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from order to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Our Consumer Retail Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional support to B2C customers from order placement to delivery. Responsibilities include resolving order discrepancies, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, problem-solving, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experience.
Shift:
- Weekdays: (Monday to Friday) 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Weekends: (Saturday & Sunday) Each agent works one 2-hour shift on both Saturday and Sunday. The weekend shifts rotate weekly, meaning agents will work weekends approximately 1 to no more than 2 times per month

Responsibilities Include:- Process orders accurately, reviewing details such as pricing, quantities, and shipping.
- Provide customer support for existing orders, addressing concerns and offering technical assistance.
- Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to deliver high-quality service.
- Educate customers on products and keep them updated on order status and delays.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support team goals.
Basic Qualifications:- Experience utilizing online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:- High School diploma (or GED); college coursework preferred.
- Prior experience or knowledge in the Automotive, RV and Marine industry/ parts is a plus
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
