Day to Day of our Customer Relations Specialist:

Our small but growing consulting firm would like to bring on a new Customer Relations Specialist. We're looking for a driven, ambitious individual who wants to create a career in sales and marketing, leading into a management role. Our specialists are in charge of handling initial sales presentations and contract negotiations one on one with clients daily. They are also required to attend training sessions and assist with any training for CSRs. We provide extensive training, guidance, and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience. We are looking for someone to train from the ground up, starting at entry level to learn the ins and outs, and grow into management as we plan to expand twice in the next 6 months.

1-4 years of experience in the following is a plus, but not necessary:

  • Sales and marketing
  • Training and development
  • Customer service / restaurant / hospitality / retail


  • Desire to learn and grow as this is Entry Level
  • Great work ethic and student mentality
  • Easygoing and FUN to work with every day! (our team's family-like atmosphere is very important to us, we want someone we enjoy working with!)
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • Basic skills in organization, computers, planning and note taking
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing personality and sense of humor!
  • 4 year degree and leadership / team work experience (clubs, sports, lead, philanthropy etc.)
