Day to Day of our Customer Relations Specialist:
Our small but growing consulting firm would like to bring on a new Customer Relations Specialist. We're looking for a driven, ambitious individual who wants to create a career in sales and marketing, leading into a management role. Our specialists are in charge of handling initial sales presentations and contract negotiations one on one with clients daily. They are also required to attend training sessions and assist with any training for CSRs. We provide extensive training, guidance, and support, as well as the opportunity to experience the industry from the inside and gain valuable work experience. We are looking for someone to train from the ground up, starting at entry level to learn the ins and outs, and grow into management as we plan to expand twice in the next 6 months.
