Customer Service Representative

Maintaining high customer satisfaction is the key responsibility of our back office teams in Veszprém. We are handling all arising requests regarding our products for all European markets -taking price offers, monitoring market trends, supporting our sales colleagues (Inside Sales team), administering orders, handling aleatory complaints (Customer Service team). And keeping daily contact with our customers and distributors, analyzing and explaining sales related data, trends, and creating various reports (Sales Data team).

In order to better fulfill our European customers' needs we are seeking a Customer Service Representative in the EMEA Sales HQ in Veszprém.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Your daily responsibilities will be:

• Checking all incoming orders on part numbers, price and conditions and entering it into the system / handling cancellation requests;

• Handling and changing of orders / material returns / sample orders;

• Dealing with SAP-exceptions and taking proactive steps to avoid unnecessary exceptions;

• Monitoring open orders (backlog) by customer and taking actions to resolve with factories;

• Handling of stock reserves and safety stock / consignment stock;

• Creation of credit and debit notes when needed;

• Analyzing and responding to customer requests related to service performance;

• Working in close relationship with product management, manufacturer's representatives, distributors, customers and field sales personnel of all levels to solicit comments on department effectiveness and implementing corrective or improvement actions.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have a degree in commercial discipline or equivalent education

• You have experience in order processing and sales activities, preferably in an international environment

• You have the ability to work independently, prioritize projects, multitask and meet deadlines

• You are a very open, proactive, communicative person

• You have a highly customer focused attitude

• You can speak English fluently (German is a plus)

• You have SAP knowledge (advantage)
