Collection activities - monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts, take actions to encourage timely debt payments, and update account status and collection efforts. Process payments and cash register balancing. Qualifications: Passionate for Sales (computer, numeric and excellent customer service skills) Superior verbal and written skills in English and Spanish are a must High integrity, responsiveness, professionalism, work under pressure, positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes Over one year of full-time, work experience:
