The Customer Service Representative Associate provides a wide variety of customer service functions, including but not limited to the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides customer service to variety of customers over the telephone.
Responsible for the processing applications for insurance and handling service requests for customers according to established procedures.
Responds to routine telephone calls and correspondence using a computer to access account information.
Completes any necessary documentation and refers issues to the Supervisor as needed.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization.
