The Spirit of the Position:

The Command Center Agent provides exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls to help resolve inquiries, complaints, etc. in a positive and professional manner. This includes troubleshooting and reporting issues.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.

  • Be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution.

  • Display a caring attitude and develop a rapport with the customer base.

  • Use best practices to provide best in class customer service.

  • Log call activity and enter call data/information into the tracking system.

  • Support LAZ field operations.

  • Enter data and customer service work on a daily routine basis.

  • Other related duties as assigned.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year call center, phone or office administration experience required.

  • Parking industry experience preferred but not required.

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.

Skills:

  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.

  • Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English language.

  • Bi-lingual abilities, including Spanish, are preferred but not required.

  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.

  • Demonstrates the ability to seek improvement.

  • Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds.

The Spirit of the Position: To perform in-the-field audits and post-event cash, credit, and pass reconciliation during Arena District events and input all event based revenue into proper spreadsheet. Principal Job Duties: * Handling of credit card disputes and chargebacks for the operation * Analyzing and researching exceptions for credit card/Cash for the operation * Performing special projects for manager * Working with field employees by email when researching exceptions * Data Entering Skills: * Typing * Ten-Keying * Detailed orientated * Team player * Detail oriented * Highly Analytical * Very strong math skills * Very strong excel skills (will be tested) * Ability to work independently * Ability to form and support conclusions Requirements: * Current Finance major, relevant Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel. * Cash handling experience required. * Past or current audit experience highly preferred. * Must be able to work in a team environment with another auditor to complete the common task of completing an exact audit. * Must be able to handle moderate stress while reconciling large amounts of cash. * Strong organizational skills. * Attention to detail for accurate data entry. Physical Demands: Auditors will perform in-the-field audits on cashiers and collect drops before reconciling at main office. Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc. Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout the shift.
