General Description of Position:

Apollo Safety is the region's leader in gas detection instrumentation and service. This position will include:

  • * Customer service, answering phones, support outside sales, general office duties.

  • * Must have the ability to work well with other team members, strong customer service tendencies.

  • * Knowledge and Experience of Safety and or Personal Protective equipment in customer service field helpful.

  • * Use of diplomacy and a professional personality at all times.

  • * Customer service incoming and outgoing calls
  • * Entering orders
  • * Entering quotations
  • Answering phones
  • * Entering proposals
  • * Tracking orders
  • * Accounts receivable entry
  • * Accounts payable invoice entry
  • * Filing
  • * Organization
  • * General office work
  • * Microsoft Word and general computer knowledge required.
  • * Excel, Publisher, & other productivity knowledge is a plus.
  • * High School graduate or equivalency
