Amico Corporation is a fast-growing global company and leading manufacturer of Medical Equipment, located in Richmond Hill, Ontario. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone calls and emails
Ensuring customer satisfaction by quick responsiveness and anticipating customer needs
Order processing and invoicing customers
Updating orders with quote or project changes
Coordinating deliveries to ensure on-time delivery within budget
Validating pricing, products and shipping
Handling multiple projects at one time
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Quick learner who is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Works well under pressure, and be able to meet critical deadlines
Ability to manage and facilitate numerous projects
Works well both independently and as part of a team
Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with SAP or any other ERP system is an asset but not required
Qualified candidate must possess post-secondary education /high school diploma or equivalent
