Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, providing assistance, addressing inquiries, and delivering exceptional service over the phone. Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries or requests
• Provide information and assistance to clients and candidates
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Process orders, forms, and applications accurately
• Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and policies
• Document customer interactions and transactions clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to call center policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed call volume and quality assurance targets

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Good computer skills and ability to navigate relevant software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
