Wilson Employment Networks is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Concord, NH.
Major responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

Answers incoming calls and makes necessary follow up outbound calls.
Performs notice quality review activities when assigned
Performs image review when required.
Knowledgeable in the processing of toll transactions and video bills in the system: receives, processes, and deposits payments; updates accounts and video bills as to their status; and opens new accounts.
Takes credit card payments over the phone for accounts, video notices, and new accounts.
Researches and resolves customer issues.
Processes and completes multiple types of forms.
Writes, generates, and receives correspondence via fax, mail, and web contact.
Negotiates payments and fee reductions up to their established limits.
Performs data entry.
Documents phone calls and actions in the database.
Receives and processes account update requests from inbound phone calls and mail, as directed.
Records individual completed daily work statistics.
Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.
Helps other departments with their tasks when inbound call volume is low.
Maintains an above average attendance record.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include:

High school diploma or GED Certificate is required.
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred.
Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and highly organized.
Strong data entry and computer skills.
This position is being offered on a supplemental to direct basis. The hours of the position are full-time, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday, 5 days per week on a rotating schedule. Rate of pay being offered is up to $15.00/hr.

Our Customer Service Representatives respond to inquiries from individuals covered by our dental plans, as well as dental office staff members, in a timely, professional and positive manner. (No cold calling or sales involved.) Our employees enjoy a 37.5 hour workweek and a comprehensive compensation/benefits plan. Work Monday - Friday, daytime business hours. Duties: Responds to questions and concerns received over the phone in a timely, empathetic manner. Researches claims and coordinates information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries. Works collaboratively with other internal department personnel to resolve customer inquiries. Works with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber's coverage level, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential in this position. Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene, Communication, Business or related field, plus at least two years of related experience including experience in a dental office as an office manager, dental assistant, dental hygienist or receptionist or an equivalent combination of training, experience and/or education.
