A person filling the Quality Service Representative position must be able to meet the following criteria, with or without accommodation, as essential functions of the job:
Know and fulfill customer service expectations.
Attend New Employee Orientation and successfully complete the Safety Program test. This is a condition of employment.
Report to work on time as scheduled on a regular basis in full uniform in accordance with uniform and appearance standards.
Listen and communicate with customers on the telephone and in person in a friendly and courteous manner. Effective communication with the customer is paramount to our business.
Take and correctly record a customers order within two (2) minutes.
Understand and utilize the pricing structure accurately for price quotations.
Perform simple mathematical computations.
Collect payment from customers and correctly count change using both currency and coin.
Place order slips on boxes and place boxes on the pizza holding shelf.
Move safely and swiftly from phone counter to makeline to ovens within the area available and around other team members as necessary.
Understand and follow instructions for pizza preparation given on the POP posters and portion chart through orientation materials and individual instruction.
Prepare a pizza in accordance with Valley Pizza, Inc. and Domino's Pizza standards. Must be able to make a large pepperoni pizza within 75 seconds, once training is completed.
Use the tools necessary to assure correct portioning on pizzas.
Load and unload pizzas from the oven. Cut and box pizzas for placement on the warming shelf.
Maintain sanitation expectations and standards by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing counters, and keeping the work area clean and neat.
Prepare food including opening cans with a can opener, arranging stock in the walk-in cooler, and carrying food and dough trays to the pizza making area.
Maintain sufficient supplies of food and boxes in the production area necessary to fulfill the QSR duties. Restock the visa cooler with colas.
Fold boxes and affix coupons to boxes.
Lift and move items with a size of 15 in. high x 18 1/4 in. deep x 26 1/8 in. wide.
Lift and move items with a weight of twenty (20) pounds.
Remain mobile for periods of at least three (3) hours.
Push or pull objects requiring up to eight (8) pounds of pressure.
Understand and follow instructions as directed by the Management Team or Supervisor.
Comply with all Safety and Security policies.
