SUMMARY
Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls.
JOB DUTIES
60% Customer Service/Order processing & 40% Warehouse and storeroom management
Customer Service
o Data entry
o Telephone and Email Order processing
o Customer Service
o Counter Sales
Warehouse and Storeroom Management
o Shipping and Receiving
o Stock and inventory processing
o Possible delivery in company vehicle (must have valid drivers license)
Preferred Characteristics
o Industrial, Mechanical, or Automotive product knowledge
o Problem solving capabilities.
o Good communication skills
o Time management skills
o Ability to Multitask
o Willingness and ability to increase knowledge of distribution and products
