Hines Supply Company is currently seeking a Customer Service person for their new Kitchen and Bath Showroom in St. Charles, IL.
Receives and directs incoming telephone calls, operating a multiple line switchboard. Greets incoming customers and provides information as needed. The Receptionist will perform a variety of clerical and customer support duties, as required.
Essential Job Duties:
Serves as location receptionist, greeting & assisting customers, and handling phones.
Handles daily mail and shipments for the location.
Enters Orders for, and provides support to the sales team.
Complies with Companys attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
High School Graduate
Minimum experience required Some exposure to business environment helpful.
Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Physical demands include lift up to 25 lbs. on a random basis, standing, walking or sitting for extended periods of time, and bending or stooping.
