U-Haul is hiring for highly motivated, assertive, and friendly individuals to work as Storage Customer Service Representatives at our U-Haul Moving and Storage Centers!

Our Storage Customer Service Representatives are trained and knowledgeable members of our team with a strong desire to help U-Haul meet our customers' needs and demands. U-Haul's needs for Storage Customer Service Representatives are significantly greater on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Storage Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting the Site Manager to complete daily tasks.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Support the site manager with facility operations

  • Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers

  • Show storage units and explain terms of rental agreement

  • Prepare rental contracts for customers

  • Perform general routine property clean up and minor repair work

  • Ensure all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers

VIEW JOBS 9/5/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-12-04T00:00 Working in a call center environment under supervision, this position handles inbound calls from members, providers and clinic staff. Contacts will include adding, canceling or changing patient transport schedules, confirming dispatch, relaying accurate information and documenting significant information in a timely and professional manner. Primary Responsibilities: * Communicates via telephone with members, providers, clinic staff, vendors and coworkers * Responds to or refers incoming calls in a prompt, pleasant and professional manner * Remains in the call queue at all times unless permission to leave is granted * Confirms pick-ups and returns, address spelling and verification of addresses using the appropriate software * Administers schedule additions, changes, or inquiries in the appropriate database within required timeframes * Informs management on out of area transports * Codes, documents, tracks and resolves all incoming calls and actions taken in core systems * Process scheduling requests in a timely fashion * Works effectively in a structured, production environment * Adheres to daily schedules and assignments * Works with management team to identify and forward potential Quality of Care complaints * Maintains strict member and company confidentiality * Performs other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED equivalent * 2 years of customer service experience * Ability to read maps and understand relation of distance to time * Ability to work effectively in a fast paced call center environment * Strong desire to work with the elderly * Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Excellent listening skills Preferred Qualifications: * Bilingual (English and Spanish) Careers with WellMed.
